2023 has been a rough year contending with the next door neighbor in the Court trying to collect the money owed from the 3 previous court cases... & at the same time- putting up with her & her friends harrassing me daily, destroying my property weekly... + 23 police visits & tons of paperwork- its been 6 years now that I've been stuck in the court system & no ability to stop my neighbor & her friends from the daily grief they love to bestow upon me. The police told me I need to get a civil restraining order.... so- after filling out printing, & filing the required 500 pages of documents... + 1 Zoom Court meeting- I am ending 2023 with a temporary restraining order against my neighbor. ... After spending more than 6 years in the Ventura County Court system trying to collect the Judgement from the 3 civil court cases against my neighbor from hell... I thought for sure the case would be ending... on 12-11-2023.... The Sheriff had successfully seized the total amount due to me that would have ended the case... but alas- the neighbor- aka the defendant- who has managed to avoid paying me & is mad that I have a lien on her house... who at the same time is still actively daily destroying my property, having her friend John & her other friends destroy my property &/ or harrass me .... put in for a "claim of exemption" claiming she is a poor ole lady who can't afford to pay off that Judgement.... because all she gets is social security from her dead husband... ( I'm on Social Security too! - yet I gotta pay court fees - while she gets everything for FREE) I was given 10 days to oppose her claim - obtain a hearing & show proof of her lies regarding her finances.- I did all that was required & even pointed out the fact she forgot to mention she rents out rooms at $800 a month- she currently has 4 tenants..... well long story short- the Judge who has been hearing the "collections " aspect from the beginning- who has thrown me out at every hearing ( yes- the same one who refused to end the settlement agreement after I proved Breach Of Contract)- decided to not end the court case & gave back the TOTAL amount seized by the Sheriff to the neighbor & didn't even bother to say "oh heck- since you're getting back almost $2,000 - lets give $10 to the plaintiff so she can go buy a beer." - No- The Judge didn't even take into consideration the 6 years I've been chasing the money- didn't even consider the $140 I was required to spend so the purgery committing defendant could get back her money- The Judge didn't even think I deserved $10 to go buy a beer to cry in. #KellyVsCrosnoe #VenturaCountySuperiorCourt #JusticeFailure missrubytuesday.com

Disappointed but not surprised.... I could've saved that $180 I had to spend for the "Opposition to the Claim Of Exemption hearing" - not to mention all that paperwork & hours printing 100s of pages for the courthouse & the Sheriff, + filing & running to the post office - the result would've been exactly the same had I just not opposed the perjury.... Seriously- its like "I'm the villian" for being the victim/plaintiff/judgement creditor that prevailed in 3 court cases against the criminal/defendant/judgement debtor who still uses perjury to obtain results in the courthouse.... silly me... I'm not willing to lie... but I'm definately seeing where it pays for the defendant to commit perjury on court documents.... not one Judge is willing to charge her with falsifying information (PC118) on court documents. The Judge could've ended the case yesterday simply by denying the defendant that claim of exemption based on perjury- as I submitted proof of perjury regarding her finances... The Sheriff Seized the entire amount to end the case. (to which I paid $40) for that bank levy. but nope.... this Judge clearly feels my 6 years of being held prisoner in the court system for being a victim of the defendants actions is not long enough- & I need to keep spending money & keep filing paperwork & keep attending court dates for many years to collect the money that was already successfully seized that would've put an end to this. ... oh well its only money.... but truth be told- I've never worked so hard in my life to get $2,000. & at this point I'm spending more than the original Judgement just trying to collect the Judgement. The worse part is the defendant is my neighbor who is still actively causing me grief daily because she owes me money.... The Judge didn't even consider ending the case.... just told the defendant - you can have your money back, sorry the plaintiff caused you grief. As anticipated I would learn the results of the hearing prior to posting on the courts website by hearing the result from the defendant- listen as she informs her latest tenant that she gets her money back & the case is over & the Judge stated I was in contempt of court by using the sheriff to seize the funds.????!!!!!!? - therefore she & the other defendants no longer owe me money- Oh & the Judge is gonna force me to remove the lien on her property.- - ok I realize my neighbor gets anything she wants in the courts due to her ability to be a sweet lil ole lady when appearing before the Judge- but - I've done everything legally including obtaining that lien- so - I don't think a Judge who didn't preside over the 3 civil cases that I prevailed in 6 years ago... can just drop the gavel & state I am not entitled to collect the Judgement & I must remove the lien - there are 3 defendants _ who maliciously destroyed my property & even claimed I assaulted Ms Crosnoe to which I was required to prove I did not- ugh I was really hoping the Judge would consider everything I've entailed due to Ms Crosnoe- & just end the court case by letting me have the money the sheriff seized. obviously - after the minutes are posted I will know what transpired in that courtroom today- but dang- it sounds like the Judge really hates me! #kellyvscrosnoe #neighborfromhell #evidence #badneighbors #goodvsevil

Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe Claim To Exemption Hearing Scheduled...

Countdown till I learn if I will receive the money the sheriff seized... the "Kelly Vs. Crosnoe" court cases have been going on for over 6 yrs now due to the defendant (Crosnoe) using every trick in the book (primarily perjury) to get delays, postponements, continuences & future court hearings- simply to avoid paying me money owed due to her actions against me & my property.... she intentionally destroyed 2 fences & falsely accused me of elder abuse - to which I had to sue to recover cost- On 12-11-2023 -I am hoping The Judge is tired of seeing us in her courtroom - IF the Judge allows me to receive the money the sheriff seized- the case is over... & I can remove the lien from the defendants property (my next door neighbor) - IF the Judge returns the money to the defendant.... we are stuck in the courts system for many more years. #kellyvscrosnoe #neighborfromhell #VenturaCountySuperiorCourt #SimiValleyCourthouse
